One of the new bits got knocked off during the first lap last year. It flew over the fencing, the grandstand, and hit some poor woman in the head who was at the concession area. This year’s bodywork looks a little more sturdy. I’ll let you folks know how it looks in person starting Friday!

I know why they have the back pieces behind the rear wheels but god is it ugly.
I think if they just had a design that covered the whole rear wheel, instead of a piece on the front and the back it would look a lot better. I know, open wheel, blah blah but it really isn't.
